Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and dry 4 russet potatoes thoroughly. Slice each potato into wedge shapes to ensure even cooking and crispy edges.
  2. Toss with Seasonings: Place the potato wedges into a large bowl. Add 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 pressed garlic clove, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Use clean hands to toss and coat each wedge evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) to ensure a hot environment for crisp potatoes.
  4. Cook the Wedges: Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes at 400°F, shaking or turning halfway if needed, until the wedges are golden and crispy.
