Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together to ensure even distribution of all dry ingredients.
- Add Milk: Pour the milk into the dry ingredient mixture and stir thoroughly until the batter thickens to a spoonable consistency.
- Add Onions: Fold the chopped onions into the batter, making sure they are evenly incorporated throughout the mixture for consistency in each fritter.
