Batter and Coating

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oil. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C), ensuring enough oil to fully submerge the marshmallows for even frying.
  2. Stuff the Marshmallows. Insert a chocolate chip into the center of each large marshmallow to create a gooey surprise inside.
