Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, red onion, parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix Gently: Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined. Be careful not to over-mix to keep the patties tender.
  3. Shape Patties: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, flattening them slightly with your hands.
  4. Heat Skillet: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
