Ingredients
Scale
Dumplings and Vegetables
- 12 frozen dumplings
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1–2 tablespoons chili oil
Peanut Sauce
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the dumplings and broccoli evenly.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a large baking dish or rimmed sheet pan to prevent sticking. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer and scatter the broccoli florets around them for even roasting.
- Make Peanut Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger. Gradually add the hot water while whisking until the sauce is smooth and has a pourable consistency.
- Apply Sauce: Drizzle the prepared peanut sauce evenly over the dumplings and broccoli, ensuring they are well coated for flavor infusion during baking.
- Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Bake until the bottoms of the dumplings are crisp and golden, and the broccoli florets are roasted and tender.
- Finish and Serve: Remove the dish from the oven and immediately drizzle with chili oil for a spicy kick. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for freshness and added texture. Serve the dumplings hot for the best flavor and experience.

- Ensure dumplings are arranged in a single layer to allow proper crisping during baking.
- Feel free to add additional vegetables, such as bell peppers or snap peas, for extra nutrition and color.
