  • 45 drops liquid butterfly pea flower extract per ice cube

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cocktail Mixture: In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with crushed ice, combine the KINKY Pink vodka liqueur, vodka, and fresh lime juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to chill and blend the flavors thoroughly.
  2. Fill the Mug: Fill a clear mule mug halfway with crushed ice. Strain the shaken cocktail mixture into the mug over the ice.
  3. Add Ginger Beer and Ice Layer: Top the cocktail with 3 ounces of hard ginger beer, then add a layer of crushed blue ice created from butterfly pea flower extract ice cubes for a striking visual effect.
  4. Prepare Blue Ice: To make the blue ice, add 4-5 drops of liquid butterfly pea flower extract to each compartment of an ice cube tray, fill with cold water, and freeze until solid. Once frozen, crush the blue ice to layer on top of the drink.
