Instructions

Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth. Let the dressing rest for at least five minutes to allow the flavors to meld fully.
  2. Cook the Turkey Bacon: Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the turkey bacon slices in a single layer and cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and slightly crisp. Once done, transfer the bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain any excess fat.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Place the flour tortillas in a clean skillet over low heat, warming each side for about 15 to 20 seconds until pliable. Alternatively, microwave the tortillas wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20 seconds. Keep the warmed tortillas covered with a clean kitchen towel to retain softness.
  4. Assemble and Slice the Wrap Bites: Lay each tortilla flat on a surface. Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons of shredded sharp cheddar cheese in the center, then add two strips of the cooked turkey bacon on top.
